The Stratos Business Solutions AG has created an interactive Internet portal which offers the possibility to electronically tender invoices, credit and additional documents at the factoring company, transmitting data and an electronic reproduction (PDF, TIFF) of the actual document: Stratos Online Factoring. Functionality: Factoring can be handled easily via the Internet portal “Online Factoring“. Clients transmit all relevant documents as a PDF file, which is then used to read out the invoice and credit data. All transmitted documents are checked automatically in accordance with the regulations defined in § 14 of the German Sales Tax Law (UStG). Furthermore, there are numerous plausibility checks and other verifications (e.g. availability of a notice of assignment). Stratos guarantee that the delivered data sets match the actual document. For claims that are tendered via online factoring, all relevant invoice information is available digitally as a structured data set for further processing within the respective factoring software. Stratos Online-Factoring is the most frequently used alternative solution in place of conventional interfaces in factoring − easy to use, secure and proved. The Stratos Business Solutions AG was spun off from the STRATOS Group in 2003 as a management buyout with a focus on document management. Stratos has been working in the DMS market since 1999 and is an experienced and competent business partner for a large number of customers in Germany and Austria.
