The Standard Business Edition (SBE) represents the basic version of the DMS. This version integrates all functions of a convenient and easy to handle document management and archiving system. The features include for example the acquisition, indexing, editing and administration of documents as well as an effective document retrieval including the management of the document properties. The Standard Business Extension (SBX) enhances the document management system by additional and efficient functions. These are a check-in and check-out function as well as an automized life-cycle management for archived documents. The Business Edition (BE) mainly addresses larger enterprises. Among other features, this version allows to administer an unlimited number of windream users and groups. The DMS and archiving system can be enhanced individually by a whole variety of additional modules and solutions.
