We provide in-depth training in development and consulting for both graduates and lateral entry professionals. In addition, all newcomers receive in-house training on the subject of factoring and on our products. This way, we gradually make you ready to take on challenges, turning you into a true expert over time.
If you have little or no consulting experience, you will be able to accompany your colleagues to external consulting meetings. This way, you will get to know our clients and learn what counts in day-to-day business. Even developers with a professional background are provided with a personal mentor to support and help them understand and find their way around the complicated programming structures of ef3 and efOnline.
