Graduates and career changers receive rigorous induction training from us both in development and consulting. In addition we provide all new recruits with in-house training on factoring and our products. This way, we gradually make you ready to take on challenges, turning you into true experts over time. Don’t worry if you have little or no consulting experience, though.

As you will go to external consulting meetings together with colleagues, you will get to know our clients and see what counts in day-to-day business. Even developers with a professional background are provided with a personal mentor to support and help them understand and find their way around the complicated programming structures of ef3 and efOnline.
