What you will do

  • Replace professionally: As part of a parental leave replacement, we will transfer responsibility for the relevant area of responsibility to you. Here you can fully contribute and let your ideas flow.
  • Maintaining contacts: Our CRM system is considered the heart of the efcom network and it is correspondingly important to entrust someone with the professional set-up and maintenance of all contacts – you.
  • Building together: Exciting times are ahead at efcom with numerous challenges! Join us and help us build our new global Sales & Partner Network 2.0.
  • Organise events: International conferences and meetings are held regularly at efcom. You help us organise and implement them, whether in virtual form or as a face-to-face event.
  • Create & present content: Do you need meaningful documents for your next presentation? You can create these effortlessly and don’t hesitate to present content to interested parties yourself.
  • Clever thinking: You create and/or process international tenders and offers with the required accuracy – to the delight of the sales colleagues who depend on your commitment.
  • Passing on knowledge: As part of our global sales network, you will also take on the commercial training of our partners with a focus on process and campaign management.

What we expect you bring along with you

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, information technology or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally several years of professional experience with a comparable area of responsibility
  • Exceptional marketing and sales skills
  • Understanding of the financial sector and its specific framework conditions
  • An affinity for new technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, blockchain would be welcome
  • Enthusiasm, strong can-do attitude, open to out-of-the-box thinking
  • A high level of concentration and comprehension
  • A conscientious, structured and independent way of working
  • Flexibility, creativity and ability to work in a team
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English as well as at least one other language (Spanish, French, Mandarin, Russian, Arabic…)
