  • Competent help: As part of our support team, you will provide competent assistance to our customers at the contractually agreed times. Have you received error messages? You record them, create the documentation, ensure the correct classification and reproduction.
  • Clever solutions: You do everything you can to turn customers’ “How do you do that?” into “Ah, now I know! You don’t let yourself get rattled by complex enquiries and always find the right answer.
  • Monitor continuously: When troubleshooting, you keep an eye on the entire process – until it is successfully completed. This helps us to make support even better and more efficient.
  • Skilfully allocate: Is this a support question or is it (already) consulting? Over time, it will be easy for you to find the right demarcation here and to communicate this externally as well as to initiate the corresponding processes internally.

This is what you should bring with you

  • Successfully completed training or a degree with a specialisation in IT/application development, business administration, banking
  • Understanding of business contexts and knowledge of financial accounting desirable
  • Knowledge of databases, networks, complex software-based systems as well as Windows and EDP skills are an advantage
  • confident use of a user help desk system
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephoning
  • High service orientation, quick perception
  • Structured way of working and own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

All new entrants go through and onboarding process—be it on site or remote. In addition, we provide you with the required medical face masks and regular testing options. If you do not want or are unable to work remotely, we will find a solution and set up a secure personal workstation for you in our offices.
