7th phase – go-live
After the completed migration, your new system will finally go live.
6th phase – acceptance
Once all installations have been successfully completed, our testing and acceptance phase starts.
5th phase – development
At this stage, our development team becomes active and precisely implements the previuosly elaborated requirements.
4th phase – migration
In advance, we jointly define which data should be migrated exactly. Subsequently, at least two test migrations take place.
3rd phase – consulting
Your individual needs are clarified in dedicated workshops and the objective defined together.
2nd phase – installation
If the customizations you have come up to meet your needs, then installation at your site is the key.
1st phase – training
At the start of the project, the key users and all end users are trained after completing the development phase. So we make sure that every user can start immediately.
